The Altius Fit Program is a group class that focuses on TEACHING you the 101 of fitness; and giving you the tools to deploy it on your own.

Step 1

Enroll in the 6-week class most convenient for your schedule.

Get customized fitness plan and learn how to make gains at your weekly session.

STEP 3:
