WHAT IS SELF-TRAINING?

We’re a education company. Not a personal training company.

With our approach you’ll learn everything you need to become a SELF-TRAINER. Work with us to get:

  3. 6 weeks of in-person education where you’ll learn everything you need, and join the Altius accountability community.
