What is friction, I hear you ask? Well, I like to describe it as all of the things between you and your fitness.
In this post I cover how most people should go about addressing the friction that is standing between them and their fitness results.
A lot of my friends, clients, and family have complained in the past about a very unique problem. They’re making progress in the gym, they feel great after their workouts, and they even have pretty decent form!
But even though it’s been YEARS in the gym - they just FEEL like a beginner.
I put together a few pieces of advice for dealing with this - specific actions YOU can take right away. All with the following guiding principle - to feel less like a beginner in the gym, you need to feel more AT HOME in the gym.
