- 6 week course: each week consists of two phases.
The meeting phase is a 1-on-1 class with your Fitness Educator where you learn how to train yourself.
The second phase is where you will take that information and apply it in a real world setting.
- Customized fitness plan: your Fitness Educator will create a fitness program for you that is perfect for your goals and schedule. The best part? You’ll be able to use it to see results during and beyond the 6-week program.
- Weekly check-ins: for accountability and ongoing support during the action phase of the week, including check-ins on diet, schedule, and any other needs.
