CLIENTS BUILD FITNESS HABITS THAT LAST
OUR JOB IS TO DISTILL FITNESS INTO EASY LESSONS AND HABITS THAT CAN BE SEAMLESSLY APPLIED TO YOUR LIFE. Instructors take the time to learn about each client's life, schedule, struggles, and history. After getting a grasp of the unique circumstances around each individual, instructors then work side-by-side with clients and create a tailored exercise plan. During the following weeks clients are instructed on how to act on, and maintain this plan. By the end of the program, clients will have a custom workout plan, the skill needed to maintain it, and the knowledge on how and when to change it when necessary.
LEARN SKILLS IN 6 WEEKS THAT LAST A LIFETIME
Instructors work with clients for 6 weeks, during which time they will be put through our expertly crafted curriculum designed to teach everything needed in order to get fit and stay fit. OUR 6-WEEK PROGRAM INVOLVES A WEEKLY SESSIONS; NUMEROUS CHECK-INS; AND A CURRICULUM DESIGNED TO TEACH THE SKILLS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN YOUR FITNESS LONG-TERM.

The curriculum we've developed was designed to get clients to become confident and regular exercisers who are able to consistently achieve their goals and stay motivated while doing so. The program will always be tailored to each individual based on what their needs and goals are. DURING OUR 6-WEEK PROGRAM, EACH CLIENT WILL LEARN:
- How to execute and perform their WORKOUT PLAN
- How to PLAN WORKOUTS that are ACTUALLY ENJOYABLE.
- The way to MAINTAIN AND CHANGE a workout plan in the FUTURE.
- Dealing with the realities of SCHEDULING WORKOUTS despite having a busy lifestyle.
- How to SET AND ACHIEVE GOALS consistently.
